What should I do if my furniture doesn't fit up the stairs upon arrival?

Ensuring that the furniture you've ordered fits into your home and that our delivery van can access your property for delivery is your responsibility. Factors such as twisty passages, low doorways, and dog-leg stairs should be considered. If our logistics team perceives any risk to your property or their safety while delivering large items upstairs, they may decline to do so. We appreciate your understanding.
